This Privacy Policy describes how U Drive Better, LLC, doing business as A+ Nevada Traffic School ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit aplusnevadatrafficschool.com (the "Site") or enroll in our Nevada DMV–approved Traffic Safety Course (the "Course"). By using the Site or the Course, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
- Account information: name, email, mailing address, date of birth, phone number, and Nevada driver's license number (required for DMV reporting).
- Court-related information: court name, case or citation number, and ordered course type, when applicable.
- Payment information: billing details processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
- Course activity: quiz responses, final exam answers, progress within course modules, time spent, and completion records.
- Notarized affidavit: as required by Nevada law (NAC 483.778), we collect and retain your signed and notarized affidavit confirming you personally completed the final examination.
- Support communications: records of emails, phone calls, and chat messages with our support team.

- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring website, pages viewed, and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies: we use cookies to keep you signed in, save course progress, and measure site performance.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Course and Site.
- Verify your identity and eligibility to take the Course.
- Process payments and issue refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy.
- Report your course completion to the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles, as required by law.
- Issue your official Certificate of Completion and provide instructions for submission to your court.
- Communicate with you about your enrollment, account, or support requests.
- Comply with legal obligations, including NRS 483.700–483.780, NAC 483.778, and NAC 483.783.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security, or technical issues.
- Improve the Course and Site through analytics and feedback.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:
- Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles: we report your course completion, including the information required by Nevada law, directly to the DMV.
- Your court (when applicable): we may provide your Certificate of Completion to a Nevada court at your request, or directly when your enrollment requires it.
- Service providers: we share information with vendors who help us operate the business — including payment processors, hosting providers, learning management software, email delivery, customer support tools, and analytics providers — strictly to perform services on our behalf.
- Legal compliance: we may disclose information to comply with a valid subpoena, court order, government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, our company, or others.
- Business transfers: if our business is sold, merged, or transferred, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and understand how it is used. This includes Google Analytics for aggregated usage data. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Course may not function correctly without them.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active, as needed to provide the Course, and as required by Nevada law. Course completion records and notarized affidavits are retained for the periods required by the Nevada DMV and applicable state regulations. After those periods, records are securely deleted or anonymized.

California residents: If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). To exercise those rights, contact us at the email above. We do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA.
7. Children's Privacy
The Course is intended for licensed Nevada drivers and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and secure third-party payment processing. No method of online transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to other websites, including the Nevada DMV and court websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent changes. If we make material changes, we will notify enrolled students by email. Continued use of the Site or Course after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
