Refund Policy

U Drive Better, LLC, doing business as A+ Nevada Traffic School ("we," "us," or "our"), wants you to be confident in your purchase. This Refund Policy describes when and how you can request a refund for our Nevada DMV–approved Traffic Safety Course (the "Course").

1. 30-Day Refund Window

You are eligible for a full refund of the Course fee if both of the following are true:

• Your request is submitted within 30 calendar days of your purchase date; and
• You have not completed the Course (you have not passed the final examination, submitted a notarized affidavit, or received a Certificate of Completion).

2. What Disqualifies a Refund

You are not eligible for a refund if any of the following has occurred:

• You have passed the final examination;
• You have submitted your notarized affidavit;
• We have issued your Certificate of Completion;
• We have reported your completion to the Nevada DMV; or
• More than 30 calendar days have passed since your purchase.

You may complete some Course modules and quizzes and still be eligible for a refund — eligibility is based on whether you have completed the Course, not on how much of it you've watched.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@aplusnevadatrafficschool.com with the following information:

• The name on the account;
• The email address used at enrollment;
• The approximate date of purchase; and
• A brief reason for the refund (optional, but helpful for us to improve).

You may also call us at (888) 450-8929 during business hours. We will confirm receipt of your request within one business day.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and credited to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3 to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

If your refund is approved, your account access to the Course will be terminated.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. We respond to nearly every refund request the same business day. Disputes filed without first attempting to resolve directly with us will be defended with evidence of completed Course access and may result in account termination.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a partial or full refund outside the 30-day window in cases of documented technical failure on our end, billing errors, or other exceptional circumstances. Such accommodations are not guaranteed and do not modify the standard policy above.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply only to purchases made after the updated effective date.
